Delivery terms and conditions

      1. We guarantee 48 hrs delivery within Ukraine plus 8 hrs time zone difference. We charge fee for the delivery depends on the region. The additional fee will be added to the initial sum of the order. We'll contact you by phone or by e-mail if we have some problems with delivery.

      2. We work 7 days a week. You may reach us via online support or by e-mail. Please, note the time difference, check your local time and choose the right phone number to reach. Unfortunately, there are some situations that are entirely out of our control and for which we cannot guarantee our products. These situations include:

- Severe Weather: If delivery is delayed because of inclement weather or delivery becomes unavailable to a particular location, we will do our best to inform you about the problem and make alternate arrangements for delivery if it is possible.

- Delivery Refused by Recipient: If the intended recipient refuses to accept the delivery, we cannot guarantee a refund if the package contains perishable goods such as flowers or food.

- Recipient is Absent at Time of Delivery: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, and depending upon the delivery location, the delivery person may leave a message or secure the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return. Perishable goods can be harmed by extreme temperatures, and flowers in particular need to be cared for promptly upon arrival. If you are unsure that someone will be available to accept the delivery when it arrives, please use the "Comments" field on the order page to specify a neighbor or other secure location where your package may be left. ASAP flowers cannot be held responsible for packages damaged by exposure or neglect after delivery has been attempted.

- Incorrect or Incomplete Address Provided: ASAP flowers cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses once the customer has verified the receiving location as correct. If the recipients address is incorrect and the delivery was attempted but refused, the address can be corrected and delivery reattempted for an additional fee. If we received an incorrect address and the delivery was made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. Incomplete addresses, particularly those intended for delivery to offices or apartment buildings, can substantially delay delivery. We will attempt to contact you as soon as we are notified of any difficulty with delivery, and if you cannot be reached, we will attempt to contact the recipient to request a corrected address. There may be additional fees if delivery must be reattempted. The condition of perishable items cannot be guaranteed in any of the above circumstances.

- Packages Left in Offices or Mail Rooms: Products sent to businesses or buildings where deliveries must be made to a central mail room or receptionist may be delayed internally. Generally, these are inhospitable environments for perishable goods. Please ensure your recipient knows to expect a delivery so that your package may be cared for as soon as possible upon arrival.

      3. The more contact recipient's information you provide the better is the result! If you provide us with the phone and address of the recipient then we give you 100% that your order will be delivered on time.
- if you do not have the recipient's phone but you know the recipients personally and the contact information is 100% precise then we also give you 100% that we will reach the recipient on time
- if you order something for the person for the first time and do not know his/her full contact information then please be aware that the delivery maybe postponed until we can check exact recipients contact information, reach him/her and provide the delivery on time convenient for the addressee.

      4. If you do not get any reply from us in 24 hours, that means that we DIDN’T receive your letter. Please, resend it or call us regarding your question or inquiry.

      5. Usually you get your order copy while proceeding with ordering at the site. Please, check the copy to avoid further misunderstandings or wrong ordering. Please be careful ordering at the site and choose the exact goods you want to be delivered.
      6. We usually confirm the order the next day or (if it s Sunday) the day after. So, please be patient till we get confirmation from local florist and inform you about the status of your order.

      7. If you can’t find the destination city in the list, please choose “Not in the list city”. Then right down your city on Comments field. We will figure out the price of delivery to this destination and include it to your order.  We are regularly updating out data base but we can’t list all small cities of Ukraine.

      8. Each destination may have delivery factor that depends upon the local economical situation, sever climate conditions or difficulties to be reached.

      9. If you order a picture of the recipient with your flowers, note that it may take up to 7 business days to get by e-mail. Not all the local representatives make pictures with digital cameras. So, we need time to develop it, scan and send it to you. You may always request the original of the picture by regular mail, delivery time will depend upon the type of mail you choose. Also, we cannot guarantee the picture of delivery because of recipient, who can to not allow making this picture.

Cancelation Policy

      If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment. Forty-eight hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation or any changes to your order. An order cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment. Absolutely no refunds , cancellations or alterations of the orders, which are prepared for shipment or already shipped out.
      In case an order has been cancelled 48 hours before the date of delivery we give you a store credit for the amount you paid or payment will be credited back to your card or Paypal account except $30 USD cancellation fee. If an order has been cancelled later than 48 hours before the delivery but not later than 24 hours before the date of delivery we keep 30% of the order's total or $40 (whichever is greater) and give you a store credit or credit back your card for remaining amount.
      No refund will be given if an order has been cancelled later than 24 hours before the date of delivery.
If the delivery couldn't be done because of incorrectly specified recipient's address (and the correct phone number of the recipient wasn't given), long absence of the recepient or recepient's refusal to accept the order, will keep 30% of the order total or $40, whichever is greater. You will receive a store credit for the remaining amount. In a special cases such us two or more delivery attempts, remote location of the recepient, high transportation expences, high cost of flowers/gifts , etc. , the company may retain more then 30% ( up to 100%) of the order's total. The order is also being considered undeliverable if the address is correct but the recepient is absent on two or more delivery attempts. It's highly recommended to specify properly working phone number of the recipient to avoid the scam incidents, numerous delivery attempts and the corresponding expenses.

      Rerouting (readdressing) of the order to a different recepient is not permitted because we spend labor and resources on each order. The non-delivered order has to be canceled first and attempted delivery expences retained. The rest will be refunded to your account or given as a store credit. The new order can be made independently of the old order.
Redirection may be allowed as an exception if attempted delivery expences have been paid for the first order.

      If we attempted delivery and the address turned out to be wrong, we allow five days after date of delivery attempt for address and phone clarification.

Substitution Policy

      Due to various seasonal conditions, availability of some flowers may be limited. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.
      In this event, the florists will deliver a second choice of similar flowers, which contains an equal or greater value and beauty. We may deliver the flowers of similar type but another color, which is currently available on the local market. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation.
      Additional items (toys, chocolates, cakes, champagne) may vary according to region and supply. If particular type of the item is not available in the city of delivery, we will deliver most similar one. Our main commitment is to ensure the quality and integrity of the item delivered matches the value of the item ordered.
